What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul?

It is important for everyone who is reading this segment to know that your sould is more important than anything else in this world. If you are a Mother you should always make sure the soul of your love ones, kids and husband is saved! Their is nothing in this earth that will bring you more peace than knowing that one day in eternity you will meet your love ones again. We focus too much in our kids having every material thing you could possibly give to them, but the most important thing you could do as a parent is blessed them with the knoledge of the word of God and let them know that this life is not it. It is important that we know that the promises of God we inherit them by faith and patience and that we will all have a time to meet our maker. Please be aware that your kids cannot just live in this life wanting and desiring a wordly character we should encourage them to seek their creator every day by teaching them by example the word of God! May God fully blessed this message ! I pray that your hearts will be receptive and that you will obey Gods commandments with Joy! Their is hope in Jesus Christ! Have a nice afternoon! Claudia

" It is Gods will that you get healed in Jesus name "

What is faith? It is the confident assurance that what we hope for is going to happen. It is the evidence of things we cannot yet see.” Hebrews 11:1Earlier this year, , a woman came forward asking for prayer, that her husband be delivered from dementia. I recall the Holy Spirit placing it my heart to tell her that her husband was going to be healed, and that she was to begin praising the Lord for his healing, by faith. Many months later, just this past week, I received a call from this woman, who had to speak with me, in order for her to give me a praise report. She began to tell me of her husband’s circumstance and the trials they have been through in their marriage and his health. She also reminded me of my praying for her earlier in the year. As she continued sharing with me, how I gave her a Word of Knowledge that evening, confirming by faith, what the Lord Jesus was commanding me to share with her. I knew in my heart that her husband was going to be healed of this devasting disease, which by most accounts is not healed, only treated with medications. It did not matter, the name of Jesus is above every name and sickness, and if we would just place our faith in His name and His love, all things are possible! So, this man, who according to his wife, was sick with an incurable infirmity. When she got home, he was still sick. Weeks and months passed by, and still he remained sick. Yet, her faith in Jesus was a confident assurance that what she hoped for was in fact going to happen. Her faith was based on an evidence of something she could not see with her natural eyes.Today, as testified to by this grateful wife, her husband is back to normal. What she hoped for has become a reality. Our God, who is no respecter of persons, who delivered this man, sick with dementia, will do the same for you and or your loved ones. Many of you have been prayed for over and over again, and yet, no relief seems to be in sight. Day by day, you wonder, when will you see your miracle. My heart is to share with you that your miracle has already taken place. You just cannot see it. But, as you continue to see by faith, calling the circumstance which be not as though it were, you will suddenly see Jesus’ hand and the deliverance you long for. You will realize your miracle. Just do not give up. Endure until the end, by faith, and your prayers will be answered, just as this woman who came to our meetings saw in her own life. Her miracle did not take place immediately; but it occured and to Jesus be all the glory!

People exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator...

I was thinking of what you told us yesterday of your friend that is bringing a friend to a medium. I wanted to send you scriptures like you asked us yesterday of it so that you and him would understand much better of how dangerous it is. First the word of God instruct us how to live and teaches us what to do or not to do for our own good. As you said yesterday Satan doesn’t have power but he controls people’s minds and confused them and distract them from the truth. We know the word teaches us that greater is he that is in you “Jesus” that he that is in the world “ Satan” so we as believers have to have faith and believe that so that we could transmit that message in a positive way to others.I can tell you one of my testimonies with mediums because it happened to me when I was 13 years old in Colombia. As Catholics which is a religion that doesn’t teaches the truth, we were ignorant and when Mom had cancer Mom wanted to go to a medium. This was the worst decision we have ever made. We went to a medium who told us she was going to invoke a saint called Gregory from Venezuela crazyyyyyyyyyyy who supposedly heals people and that he was going to come at meet my Mother at midnight and heal her. We really didn’t know the word of God and didn’t know that Jesus Christ GOD was the only one that could heal her and the only one who we can call and pray too. This is crazy when we are ignorant Satan does whet ever he wants with us. So that night my Mother felt a demon entering in her body. God hates Idolatry and he is jelous he doesn’t like when we worship other stuff doesn’t is not his son Jesus. The bible said that who ever received Jesus and believes in his are called saints! We are Saints yes that is truth butwhen we pray for people Jesus is the one who does the miracle not the person. People idolatrate people even when they died. So that is what happened with saint Gregory people started worshipping him and mediums interceding for him to heal people but because that isn’t the truth Satan took advantage of poeoples minds and distract them from really worshipping the true God Jesus Christ. So after that stupid demon came in to my Mothers body my Mom got worst she felt better for a little bit but them Pum! Satan attacke her she had doors opened. After that God was merciful and we brought her to Christian Church and she received Jesus and died in peace but Satan wanted her soul.He loves to distract people and is all because we are ignorant of Gods word so that’s why you knowing the truth you have to invite your friend to a Christian church so that they can pray and love him with Jesus love and then Gods will will be done. All we have to be is obedient and take them to a healthy church. If he lives somewhere else then search for a good Christian healthy church for him and direct him into the truth of Jesus Christ and his word. The first thing your friend who want to go to a medium is he has to repent and run from it he need to call upon the name of Jesus.A Couple verses I recommend:Leviticus 19:31"Do not turn to mediums or seek out spiritists, for you will be defiled by them. I am the LORD your God."Leviticus 20:6"I will set my face against the person who turns to mediums and spiritists to prostitute himself by following them, and I will cut him off from his people."Deuteronomy 18:9-14 "When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the LORD, and because of these detestable practices the LORD your God will drive out those nations before you. You must be blameless before the LORD your God. The nations you will dispossess listen to those who practice sorcery or divination. But as for you, the LORD your God has not permitted you to do so."2 Chronicles 33:1-6"Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem fifty-five years. He did evil in the eyes of the LORD, following the detestable practices of the nations the LORD had driven out before the Israelites. He rebuilt the high places his father Hezekiah had demolished; he also erected altars to the Baals and made Asherah poles. He bowed down to all the starry hosts and worshiped them. He built altars in the temple of the LORD, of which the LORD had said, "My Name will remain in Jerusalem forever." In both courts of the temple of the LORD, he built altars to all the starry hosts. He sacrificed his sons in the fire in the Valley of Ben Hinnom, practiced sorcery, divination and witchcraft, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger."Isaiah 8:19-20"When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living? To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn."Romans 1:25"They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator-- who is forever praised. Amen."Acts 16:16-19"Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a slave girl who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. This girl followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, "These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved." She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so troubled that he turned around and said to the spirit, "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!" At that moment the spirit left her. When the owners of the slave girl realized that their hope of making money was gone, they seized Paul and Silas and dragged them into the marketplace to face the authorities."John 14:6New International Version (NIV)6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.John 1:1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... 1:14 - And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,John 5:23 - that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.John 10:30-33 - Jesus answered them, “I and My Father are one.”Philippians 2:5-7 - Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bond-servant, and coming in the likeness of men.Titus 2:13 - looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ1 Peter 2:24 - “who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we having died to sins, might live for righteousness - by whose stripes you were healed.”

"Jehova meaning God, has many characteristics" By Claudia Smart

Jehovah is another name for God. This name was given to Moses in the old testament by God. Because Jesus Christ is God that’s what we believe as Christians that God became flesh and dwell among us so we also call him Jehova. Jehova meaning God, has many characteristics because of his power and glory so that’s why we call him:Jehovah…….and we include the following names or characteristics:El Shaddai (Lord God Almighty) El Elyon (The Most High God) Adonai (Lord, Master) Yahweh (Lord, Jehovah) Jehovah Nissi (The Lord My Banner) Jehovah-Raah (The Lord My Shepherd) Jehovah Rapha (The Lord That Heals) Jehovah Shammah (The Lord Is There) Jehovah Tsidkenu (The Lord Our Righteousness) Jehovah Mekoddishkem (The Lord Who Sanctifies You) El Olam (The Everlasting God) Elohim (God) Qanna (Jealous) Jehovah Jireh (The Lord Will Provide) Jehovah Shalom (The Lord Is Peace) Jehovah Sabaoth (The Lord of Hosts) Meaning of Jehova alone:Jehovah is another name for God; an approximation of the holiest name of God in Hebrew (the name was held so sacred that it was never written or spoken, and scholars are not sure exactly how it should be pronounced). It means “I am that I am,” or “I am the one who is.” In the incident of the burning bush in the Book of Exodus, God, speaking out of the bush, tells Moses that this is his name. "Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory [is] above the earth and heaven." Psa 148:13In the Old Testament times, a name was not only identification, but an identity as well. Many times a special meaning was attached to the name. Names had, among other purposes, an explanatory purpose (e.g., Nabal, whose name means "fool," is the target of Abigail's explanation to David: "For as his name is, so is he; Nabal is his name, and folly is with him:" - 1Sa 25:25). Throughout Scripture God reveals Himself to us through His names. When we study these names that He reveals to us in the Bible, we will better understand who God really is. The meanings behind God's names reveal the central personality and nature of the One who bears them.Who is God to you?Is He your Most High God, All sufficient One, Master, Lord of Peace, the Lord Who Will Provide? Is He your Father? We must be careful not to make God into an "it" or a "thing" to which we pray. He is our Jehovah Raah, the Lord our Shepherd. God knows us by our name, shouldn't we know Him by His?Hallowed be Your name?To hallow a thing is to make it holy or to set it apart to be exalted as being worthy of absolute devotion. To hallow the name of God is to regard Him with complete devotion and loving admiration. God's name is of the utmost importance (Neh 9:5); therefore we ought reserve it a position of grave significance in our minds and hearts. We should never take His name lightly (Exd 20:7; Lev 22:32), but always rejoice in it and think deeply upon its true meaning. Return to Top El Shaddai(el shad-di')All-Sufficient One, Lord God AlmightyUse in the Bible: In the Old Testament El Shaddai occurs 7 times. El Shaddai is first used in Gen 17:1. Another word much like Shaddai, and from which many believe it derived, is shad meaning "breast" in Hebrew (some other scholars believe that the name is derived from an Akkadian word Šadu, meaning "mountain," suggesting strength and power). This refers to God completely nourishing, satisfying, and supplying His people with all their needs as a mother would her child. Connected with the word for God, El, this denotes a God who freely gives nourishment and blessing, He is our sustainer. Further references of the name El Shaddai in the Old Testament: Gen 17:1; Gen 28:3; Gen 35:11; Gen 43:14; Gen 48:3 Return to Top El Elyon(el el-yone')The Most High GodUse in the Bible: In the Old Testament El Elyon occurs 28 times. Variant spellings: None TWOT Reference: 27b Strong's Reference: 0136 Adonai in the Septuagint: kurios — Lord, Master Meaning and Derivation: Adonai is the verbal parallel to Yahweh and Jehovah. Adonai is plural; the singular is adon. In reference to God the plural Adonai is used. When the singular adon is used, it usually refers to a human lord. Adon is used 215 times to refer to men. Occasionally in Scripture and predominantly in the Psalms, the singular adon is used to refer to God as well (cf. Exd 34:23). To avoid contravening the commandment "Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain" (Exd 20:7), sometimes Adonai was used as a substitute for Yahweh (YHWH). Adonai can be translated literally as, "my lords' " (both plural and possessive). Further references of the name Adonai in the Old Testament: Complete list available here. Return to Top Yahweh or Jehovah(yah-weh)Lord, JehovahUse in the Bible: In the Old Testament Yahweh occurs 6,519 times. This name is used more than any other name of God. Yahweh is first used in Gen 2:4. This name of God which (by Jewish tradition) is too holy to voice, is actually spelled "YHWH" without vowels. YHWH is referred to as the Tetragrammaton (which simply means "the four letters"). YHWH comes from the Hebrew letters: Yud, Hay, Vav, Hay. While YHWH is first used in Genesis 2, God did not reveal Himself as YHWH until Exodus 3. The modern spelling as "Yahweh" includes vowels to assist in pronunciation. Many pronounce YHWH as "Yahweh" or "Jehovah." We no longer know for certain the exact pronunciation. During the third century A.D., the Jewish people stopped saying this name in fear of contravening the commandment "Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain" (Exd 20:7). As a result of this, Adonai is occasionally a substitute for YHWH. The following compound names which start with "YHWH" have been shown using "Jehovah." This is due to the common usage of "Jehovah" in the English of these compound names in the early English translations of the Bible (e.g., the Geneva Bible, the King James Version, etc.). In Exd 17:15, Moses, recognizing that the Lord was Israel's banner under which they defeated the Amalekites, builds an altar named Jehovah-Nissi (the Lord our Banner). Nes is sometimes translated as a pole with an insignia attached. In battle opposing nations would fly their own flag on a pole at each of their respective front lines. This was to give their soldiers a feeling of hope and a focal point. This is what God is to us: a banner of encouragement to give us hope and a focal point. "Do we have two or three parts? Body, soul, and spirit? Dichotomy or trichotomy?"

Question: "Do we have two or three parts? Body, soul, and spirit? Dichotomy or trichotomy?"How God Designed UsAnswer: Genesis 1:26-27 indicates that there is something that makes humanity distinct from all the other creations. Human beings were intended to have a relationship with God, and as such, God created us with both material and immaterial parts. The material is obviously that which is tangible: the physical body, bones, organs, etc., and exists as long as the person is alive. The immaterial aspects are those which are intangible: soul, spirit, intellect, will, conscience, etc. These exist beyond the physical lifespan of the individual. All human beings possess both material and immaterial characteristics. It is clear that all mankind has a body containing flesh, blood, bones, organs, and cells. However, it is the intangible qualities of mankind that are often debated. What does Scripture say about these? Genesis 2:7 states that man was created as a living soul. Numbers 16:22 names God as the “God of the spirits” that are possessed by all mankind. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life,” indicating that the heart is central to man’s will and emotions. Acts 23:1 says, “Paul looked straight at the Sanhedrin and said, ‘My brothers, I have fulfilled my duty to God in all good conscience to this day.’” Here Paul refers to the conscience, that part of the mind that convicts us of right and wrong. Romans 12:2 states, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” These verses, and numerous others, refer to the various aspects of the immaterial part of humanity. We all share both material and immaterial qualities. So, Scripture outlines far more than just soul and spirit. Somehow, the soul, spirit, heart, conscience, and mind are connected and interrelated. The soul and spirit, though, definitely are the primary immaterial aspects of humanity. They likely comprise the other aspects. With this is mind, is humanity dichotomous (cut in two, body/soul-spirit), or trichotomous (cut in three, body/soul/spirit). It is impossible to be dogmatic. There are good arguments for both views. A key verse is Hebrews 4:12: “For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.” This verse tells us at least two things about this debate. The soul and spirit can be divided, and the division of soul and spirit is something that only God can discern. Rather than focusing on something we cannot know for sure, it is better to focus on the Creator, who has made us “fearfully and wonderfully” (Psalm 139:14)."...Ye MUST be born again" John 3:7 KJV"Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and [of] the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit."(John 3:5-6 KJV) Each man and woman born into this world is a being made of three (3) distinct components:And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.(1 Thessalonians 5:23 KJV)1: The BODY. This is your PHYSICAL component of being. It is flesh made from a collection of unremarkable mineral elements (but is mostly water) and is in harmony with the nature and spirit of this world. It grows, matures, begins to deteriorate, eventually dies, and then decomposes back into its constituent elements and remains a part of the dust of the world. The body is a part of you but is NOT ALL of what defines who YOU are."And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,"(Proverbs 5:11 KJV)2: The SOUL. This is who YOU are; it is a part of your SPIRITUAL component. This is your individuality, your "I AM" so to speak (made in God’s image), your "heart." Although your individual soul did not exist before your mother and father procreated you, it will exist forever. It cannot be killed by man:"And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."(Matt. 10:28 KJV)When your body dies your soul (YOU) will leave the body of flesh:"And it came to pass, as her soul was in departing, (for she died) that she called his name Benoni: but his father called him Benjamin."(Genesis 35:18 KJV)3: The SPIRIT. This is the source of power and control for both your body and soul; it is either evil or good, darkness or light, unholy or Holy, unclean or clean, of Satan or of God: "But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of."(Luke 9:55 KJV)Where your soul spends eternity after it departs is determined by your personal relationship to God (saved or unsaved). You are an eternal being. You determine your own destiny. In fact, the Bible says that you are a "god" (small "g"): "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?"(John 10:34 KJV)"So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them."(Gen 1:27 KJV)(see also Isaiah 41:23 and Psalms 82:6) The unsaved man or woman, those who have only the first birth, are in eternal danger. Since the body and soul of the unsaved man or woman are bonded to the dead spirit of this present world, when this world's physical elements and spiritual components (including "Death") are cast into the lake of fire (see Rev 20:13-15), those eternal souls, living or already dead, will perish with them. So, what exactly is the difference between the relationship of the unsaved soul and the saved soul? What does being "Born Again" actually mean? The answer is something that God does for you at the moment you accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your savior: An OPERATION. Have you ever been operated on by a doctor? The doctor uses a knife to cut away something that is diseased. Well, God's "operation" is similar. Using the Sword of the Lord instead of a scalpel, the Great Physician (Luke 5:31) severs the direct (but unseen) connection between your soul and your flesh: "For the word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."(Heb. 4:12 KJV)"Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead."(Col. 2:12 KJV)This "operation" is a spiritual circumcision. Your flesh is cut away from your soul and you are given God's Spirit: "But he [is] a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision [is that] of the heart, in the spirit, [and] not in the letter; whose praise [is] not of men, but of God."(Romans 2:29 KJV)After you have accepted the free gift of salvation through faith in the shed blood of the Lord Jesus Christ, and as you grow and mature in the Lord (your continuing sanctification), you will begin to notice some changes in how you think. You will find that your heart (soul) grows more and more in agreement with God and His law (which is spiritual), but your flesh will still want to go the way of the world. All true born-again Christians have a split personality so to speak. And even when you work not to sin (you don't work to stay saved), sin still happens along your path of Christian growth. Paul sums it up quite well in the book of Romans: "I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin."(Romans 7:21-25 KJV)Your soul is saved, but your flesh, your present physical body, is still dead and cannot be salvaged. It will perish and return to the Earth. (You get a new body later.) Your present flesh will still lust to do those things that are unlawful, while at the same time your heart and the Spirit will condemn those thoughts and feelings and empower you to avoid the temptation. But no Christian is perfect in the flesh, and as you go through this life you will sometimes give in to those feelings and will sin in the flesh (but not in your heart).FACT: Christian people DO SIN at times (but in the flesh only) after they are saved: "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."(1 John 1:8 KJV)"My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:"(1 John 2:1 KJV)When this happens, and the guilt begins to set in, the Christian starts worrying about losing his/her salvation or committing the unpardonable sin. Well, it can't happen. FACT: It is NOT POSSIBLE for a Christian's SOUL to sin, because that soul has been born again by His (God's) seed into God's family: "Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God."(1 John 3:9 KJV)Physical circumcision is permanent and cannot be reversed; once that flesh is cut away it is gone forever. The same metaphor applies to circumcision of the heart; once that body of flesh is cut away your soul can't be reattached to it. And Praise God for that!Salvation is the FREE GIFT of God and eternal; it is not earned (or retained) by good works: "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"(Romans 3:23 KJV)"Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified."(Gal 2:16 KJV)If you are not good enough to earn it, why do so many Christian people think that they can un-earn it? Once you have given your soul to God it is His forever! If you have accepted the Lord Jesus Christ, then you are loved of God and don't have to worry about holding onto God because HE WILL HOLD ONTO YOU.Here is an off-site link that further deals with the "Tripartite Man" (body, soul, & spirit). Here is another off-site link that "rightly divides" the differences between Church Age Salvation and Tribulation Salvation."For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."(Romans 8:38-39 KJV)Tripartite or BipartiteOne way to view our nature is that we have a material part, our body, and an immaterial part, our soul and/or spirit. A frequently held view is that we have a bipartite nature where the “soul” and “spirit” are taken as different terms for the same entity. In a 1931 issue of The Evangelical Quarterly, A. McCaig wrote a comprehensive 17-page review of scripture in an article titled “Thoughts on the Tripartite Theory of Human Nature” in which the author makes the case that we are bipartite. Many other theologians suggest that our immaterial nature has two distinctly different parts – a soul and a spirit. This is known as a tripartite view. Information to include scripture references are at this website and the site of Andrew Wommack Ministries.I tend to lean towards those who hold a tripartite view and the following is my understanding of our design and how the body, soul and spirit are interconnected. Indeed, we are very, very complex beings and only a living God could have created us as we are. I urge you to study the scriptures to arrive at your own understanding of man’s design. Our BodyIt is by our body that we function. It’s comprised of organs and cells which consists of protein carbohydrates and fats. Our body contains our nervous system with nerves and the brain. It’s through our bodies that we connect to the physical world with our five senses.Psalm 139:14 says that “you are fearfully and wonderfully made.” Open this document for examples of how marvelously God made our bodies to function as they do.Our SoulI believe that our soul is what gives us our personality and it’s through our soul that we live out our relationship with God, with other people and with our self. Our soul likely has three major components — our mind, will and emotions. Our mind has a conscious part and a subconscious part. The conscious mind is where we do our thinking and reasoning. The sub-conscious mind is where we hold our deep beliefs and our attitudes. It’s also where we have our feeling, our emotions and retain our memories. Our will is what gives us the ability to make choices. Through a very complex way, our mind, our will and our emotions are connected to the body through our endocrine, nervous and immune systems.“The mind and body communicate constantly. What the mind thinks, perceives, and experiences is sent from our brain to the rest of the body.” Herbert Benson, M.D., The Benson – Henson Institute for Mind Body MedicineOur SpiritI believe that it’s in our spirit that we have meaning and purpose in life. At the deepest level our spirit gives us meaning and purpose and our spirit enables us to love one another, our self and God. It’s through our spirit that we have communion and fellowship with God. Our spirit gives us intuition between right and wrong. For in-depth reading about the distinction between spirit, soul and body consider material written by Watchman Nee, especially The Spiritual Man which is a book online and free. Our spiritual health will have a significant impact on our emotional health which will have a major influence on our physical health. The inter-connection between the spirit, the soul and the body is certainly a complex connection, nevertheless, the connection is very real. The apostle John was inspired by God to write in 3 John 1:2, “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” This is an indication of the importance of attending to matters of the soul as it relates to being healthy. The Interaction Between Spirit, Soul and BodyMany of us are affected by how we handle the stress that life brings us. If chronic stress is left unchecked, over a period of time our bodies will take a toll. A strong faith can help us to cope with the stress that we experience in our life and enable the impact of that stress to be less significant. Without a strong personal faith we must resort to our own resources to cope with the stress present in our life. Often we attempt to cope with this stress through addictions and other methods of escape. This behavior can further exacerbate the effect of stress on our physical health. A strong personal faith can be a resource that helps to manage stress. See this page for more about stress and your health. Our beliefs and attitudes, determined in large degree by our faith, will play a major role in our thinking patterns. Our day to day thinking will have an impact on our emotions and feelings, and our emotions and feelings will have a major impact on our behaviors. In this regard, our thought patterns play a significant role in our emotional and physical health. In the page on Spiritual Exercises I address the importance of our thinking patterns and how we can change our thinking which can transform our life.Caring for our heart – our ‘spiritual’ heart as well as our physical heart – is a huge part of being healthy.Spirituality and HealthRead about spirituality and health and why the faith and health connection exists at The Connection page....“Now may the God of peace make you holy in every way, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ comes again.” 1 Thessalonians 5:23

"Discover the peace you are looking for in your life"

“DISCOVER THE PEACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR LIFE….”By; Claudia BaronThis is the story of my life…I got inspired writing this book seeing my life. Day by day I saw God doing amazing things through my bad times and my good times and I give to him the entire honor and glory.I realize that life is not easy, but I also realize that without God in your life and prayer things could be worst. Not everyone has the same struggle, each and one of us has a different life with different circumstances and different scenes but there is only one solution for everything and is the blood of our precious savior Jesus Christ.Without his blood, his forgiveness, his free gift of eternal life, and his mercy we couldn’t had hope joy and peace in our life. It’s very true that you need to be persistent and open to believe. But if you don’t ask God to help you do your part is difficult for you to make it. It is difficult for him to come in the situation and help you if you don’t ask him to do it. It is you’re choice to let him in and make the first step to received him.He gave us free will in our lifes: we can follow the world and our friends and our family if we want to or we don’t have to follow them it is our choice and that is why is so important to love God with your heart not to just obey him but follow him! At the end of your life is just going to be between you and your maker. “Trust in the Lord your God and do not lean on your own understanding”When your start building a relationship with your redeemer with your savior you start seeing life different you don’t see life with a fleshy mind but with a spiritual one.You will start preparing more for your eternal salvation than for this earth. You will start discovering what your purpose is, also hear why God made you, and also choose you! Also you will start finding out what are your gifts and you will start thinking more about others than yourself. We need to understand that the enemy blinds you and lies to you, and he doesn’t want you to see the truth about your life about your existence. He just wants you to think this earth is all you could get and he wants you when you died he doesn’t want you to go to heaven... the more souls he has for his kingdom the more he will be happy. But I can tell you good news there is eternal life with God and God loves you and has a special plan for you, he doesnt just want you to go to heaven but he wants you to live an abundant life here full of Joy full of peace and full of his love.We need to start trusting and loving the one that we are one day going to meet.We could live life in our own strength and never see the vision that God wants us to see.I don’t mean making it through life because we all make it but I mean making it with the peace we deserve enjoying every single moment of it, and understanding why our lives sometimes get so difficult.God can help you by giving you his favor his grace his forgiveness, he could make anything possible for you, open doors for you, and give to you the wisdom and strength you need. But you need to believe in yourself, be obedient, and be guide by the Holy Spirit that is inside of you asking him to guide you and give you the strength you need to battle the temptations and the evil of this world. The Holy Spirit is a gift from God that you received and can help you in many ways. Is what most of us feel in our stomach when we do something good or bad. The holy spirit is a spirit that follows us every were we go, he talk to us revealed things to us correct us and protect us.I learned that trusting in God is always better and more secure than trusting in what you see.I can tell you that my life hasn’t been easy but I thank to God every little or big experience that has happened to me.Every one of us has a different life a different purpose. Some have to suffer more than others. But it is just a process of experiences and a season of growing what God sees is your decisions and behaviors but specially your heart, when he sees those turbulences come to your life he gets sad and he wants you have faith and believe more in him…With my life I can tell you now that I totally understand why many things happened to me at such a young age and I see it today as a big positive experience God has tough me. Experience that now that I am 29 years old I can help others and gladly make my Father in heaven happy for what I do. I do it because he has change my life and I am thankful with him.
